Accessibility Statement

We want sentivoice to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement sets out where we currently stand and how to tell us when something does not work.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA across the service, and we treat accessibility defects as ordinary bugs rather than a separate backlog.

2. Conformance Status

This service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 level AA. "Partially conformant" means that parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard.

This statement is based on our own self-assessment. It has not been verified by an independent audit, and we say so rather than claim a conformance level we have not had tested.

3. Known Limitations

Some of the service is built around listening to and producing audio, and around visual representations of pitch and timing. Where a feature depends on hearing or on reading a waveform, we provide the underlying scores and written coaching text as an alternative, but the visualisations themselves are not currently a full substitute.

We treat accessibility defects as ordinary bugs and fix them as we find them. We do not currently publish a list of known issues, so if you hit a barrier, telling us is the fastest way to get it fixed.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need something provided in a different format, write to the contact address on our Legal Notice page and describe what you were trying to do. We will respond as quickly as we can.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may be able to escalate to the accessibility enforcement body in your country.
