Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. This page explains that right and provides a model form you can use.
1. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from a contract for paid features within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract was concluded.
2. How to Withdraw
To exercise the right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement — an email to the contact address on our Legal Notice page is enough. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the 14-day period expires.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and the refund costs you nothing.
4. Immediate Performance and Loss of the Right
If you ask us to begin providing paid features during the withdrawal period, you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Where the service has begun but is not fully performed, you owe an amount proportionate to what was provided up to the point you withdrew.
In practice, "fully performed" means the paid features you bought have been delivered in full — for example, the analyses or certificate you spent tokens on have been produced.
